Refunds. All of our plans are personalized and designed to empower you with the tools you need to foster developmentally appropriate, healthy sleep with your baby. If you feel that our plan did not provide you with the tools to meet the agreed short-term goals, we will be happy to issue you a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Refunds on a product and/or service will only be issued once per product and/or service. All purchases will be refunded back to the original payment source, whether credit card, bank account, or PayPal account.
- Refund requests for unused email follow ups must be requested within the first TWO follow up email exchanges AND within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- For all consultation packages, cancellations, rescheduling appointments, or non-showing within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in having 15-minutes of time or one email deducted from your remaining allotted allowance to compensate for the sleep consultant’s time as well as the time that could have been used by another family. This helps to ensure that all of our clients get help in a timely manner.
- For all 30 minute consultation calls: no refund if cancelled within 24 hours or if you miss your call. You may reschedule for an appointment within 2 weeks if you notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. This helps to ensure that all of our sleepy families get help in a timely manner.
- Unused consulting services will NOT be partially refunded, but consulting services where a sleep plan has not been created are valid for one year after purchase.
- Consulting services are nontransferable.
- Email packages may be paused once per package for a maximum of 2 weeks for cases of illness, travel, natural disasters, etc. Should your request to extend for a period of more than 2 weeks, your package will automatically be forfeit. If there are fewer than 2 weeks of the email package remaining, the package may not be paused for any circumstance.
- The documents for the Sleep Plan Packages must be sent at info@thebabypnos.com within 10 days from the original purchase date. In the event that the documents are returned later than the 10 days, the Sleep Plan might not be delivered within the 72 hours deadline, but anytime later.
- In the event that these goals were not met while implementing our Plan(s) to the best of your ability, email our support team at info@thebabypnos.com within the 30-day purchase window, and let us know you’d like a refund. Be prepared to forward your payment receipt and any other materials required by our support team. Please email us directly from your email account so that you can retain a record of your refund request. Refund requests must be emailed to info@thebabypnos.com and not messaged via any of The Baby Ypnos social channels. Refund requests submitted via Instagram or any other social platform will not be processed.
- We will not provide refunds more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable, and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program. Refunds will be processed on a weekly basis, usually 7-10 days from the time we receive your request.
- We cannot provide refunds on gift cards. In the case of a duplicate purchase, please contact us at info@thebabypnos.com to request a refund.
Sharing Resources. Our sleeping plans are personalized based on the needs of the baby and his/her family. Sharing The Baby Ypnos plans with friends or family members is expressly prohibited. Anyone found to be sharing The Baby Ypnos sleeping plans will forfeit the 30-day money-back guarantee. Selling sleeping plans or downloadable materials is also prohibited.
Email Support. Our free email customer support is available to help you choose a service; point you in the direction of a helpful Instagram post, help article, or blog; answer straightforward clarification questions about resources you’ve purchased; or provide brief advice to customers for simple, straightforward situations. Our email support is not intended for detailed troubleshooting, ongoing 1-on-1 support, or customizing plans for your family.
Not for Medical Use. You acknowledge and agree that the Products and Services are not intended for or certified for medical use. The Baby Ypnos makes no warranty or representation that the use of the Products or Services (with or without any third-party product or service) or the information provided to you by our Services or any Content found on the Services constitutes medical treatment or medical advice. If you have an emergency or a medical concern, it is your responsibility to seek medical assistance. You agree to consult your pediatrician and follow their guidelines.
